Protravel International Commits to Sponsoring an FXB-Village in Rwanda

In September, FXB USA received a call from Priscilla Alexander, President of Protravel International. She explained that her company was interested in sponsoring an FXB-Village in Rwanda as a way to honor Protravel’s 25th anniversary and give back to those in need. 

Protravel has committed to raise the full cost of an FXB-Village by launching a participatory campaign among its consultants, employees, vendors, and friends.  Alexander explained the motivation behind the campaign, saying, “This is a grassroots initiative driven by fundraising ideas from the Protravel offices around the country.  It is gratifying to see how so many people want to be involved and have a real impact on improving lives.” 

So far, Protravel employees have demonstrated creative and fun ways to raise funds for the cause, including golf tournaments, luncheons, jewelry auctions, and cooking classes.

At the time of print, Protravel had already raised over $84,000 and their FXB-Village in Cyeza, Rwanda is scheduled to start this spring.  On behalf of the hundreds of children that will benefit from this FXB-Village program, thank you Protravel!
