Dorothy "Debbie" Stapleton, wife of former Ambassador to France Craig Stapleton, has written a new cookbook- "Elegant Entertaining- Seasonal Recipes", based on her experiences in France from 2004 to 2009.  Mrs. Stapleton has generously donated the proceeds from the sales of this book to FXB.
