The Clinton Global Initiative, a non-partisan project of the William J. Clinton Foundation, is a catalyst for action, bringing together a community of global leaders to devise and implement innovative solutions to some of the world's most pressing challenges in areas like education, poverty, global health. FXB Commitments are the implementation of two projects: AIDS Prevention Education with Migrant Construction Workers, and the FXB Village Model program.

FXB International is co-chair of the Washington, D.C.-based Global Action for Children (GAC), which seeks to marshal the political will and financial resources needed to ensure, through community-based activities, that all children have access to health care, education, food and nutrition, and life-saving medication. Launched in September 2003, it is an independent, collaborative campaign of nongovernmental, faith-based, and student organizations dedicated to supporting orphans and other vulnerable children, and the communities that care for them.

The Joint Learning Initiative on Children and HIV/AIDS (JLICA) engages practitioners, policymakers, and scholars in collaborative problem-solving, research, and analysis to address the needs of children living in the context of HIV/AIDS. Its goal is to protect and fulfill the rights of children affected by HIV/AIDS by mobilizing the scientific evidence base and producing actionable recommendations for policy and practice.
